Divided We Stand

Ich kenne Donald Trump seit vielen Jahren. Ich fand ihn immer sehr schrill. Er redete nur von Reichtum, und ich hielt ihn für einen ziemlichen Witz. Und im Grunde genommen denke ich von ihm als Person immer noch so. Ich halte nicht viel davon, wie er sich verhält, aber einige seiner Schachzüge als Präsident gefallen mir. Ich habe für Trump gestimmt.

I’ve known of Donald Trump for many years. I always thought that he was very gaudy. All he thought about was wealth and I thought he was pretty much a joke. And basically as a person, I think of him pretty much that same way. I don’t respect a lot of the way he acts, but as a president, I like some of the moves he made. I voted for Trump.
